We believe in simplicity. One of our fortes is the ability to diagram complex subject matter or conceptual ideas into simple, beautiful illustrations. We call them infographics. We have created hundreds of these visual communication aids over the years for non-profit foundations, Fortune 500 companies and even start-ups. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT INFOGRAPHICS
We created a series of nine infographics to convey the major resistances to coaching employees within the T-Mobile organization. The infographics were used in a presentation focused on how to successfully manage over 1400 call center employees. The metaphor utilized revolved around the teamwork and direction required in ancient times to build massive structures out of stone, using nothing more than the resources available at the time. This metaphor provided a perfect framework to highlight the 9 major resistances to change.
